1. Acceptance
By using DadHQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
DadHQ is a family organizer for dads: event prep reminders, kid-matched activity ideas, and household task tracking. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
DadHQ stores your data on your device; no account is required. You must be at least 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use DadHQ.
4. Subscriptions
DadHQ Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple: $39.99/year (with a 7-day free trial) or $6.99/month. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app or use DadHQ for any unlawful purpose.
6. Suggestions disclaimer
DadHQ suggests activities, venues, and events, some generated with the help of AI. Listings may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable — verify details (hours, dates, age-appropriateness, safety) before you go. Suggestions are not professional advice, and you are responsible for your family’s safety during any activity.
7. Intellectual property
DadHQ and its content are owned by 288 Labs. You retain ownership of the content you create (events, notes, lists). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using DadHQ at any time and erase everything via Settings → Delete all data. We may restrict service for violations of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 288 Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DadHQ.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of State of California, USA.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and dated above.
