Support.
Stuck? Email support+lodestone@288labs.com — we read everything. Common questions below.
Is Lodestone really free?
Yes. No subscription, no trial clock, no locked screens. We're building the best strength coach for women and want your feedback — email us anything.
Does my cycle data leave my phone?
No — ever. Your cycle log, symptoms, and daily check-ins are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers, to analytics, or to advertisers. Erase everything any time in Settings → Your data.
How does the daily check-in change my workout?
Energy, sleep, soreness, and any symptoms become a readiness score. A good day runs the full plan; a hard day gets shorter and lighter — volume drops before weight does, and the session always counts. The check-in outweighs the calendar every time.
I'm on hormonal birth control — does cycle tracking apply to me?
Lodestone asks during onboarding. On hormonal birth control there's no natural cycle to predict, so the app skips phase logic entirely and works from your daily check-in — no fictional cycle wheel.
What are the stones?
Milestones as minerals. Your first session earns the lodestone; records and consistency earn quartz, amethyst, moonstone (a session on a hard day), emerald, ruby, and diamond. No streaks to protect — stones can't be lost.
How do the suggested weights work?
Double progression: fill the top of your rep range and the next session moves you up one increment on that machine; fall short and feel heavy, it eases off. The first session on a machine is calibration — adjust freely.
My machine isn't in the list.
Add it yourself: My gym → Add a machine → create a custom machine — name it whatever's printed on the frame and pick the muscles it works. Dumbbells and barbells are in there too.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Your data → delete, or just delete the app. Everything lives on your phone; there is no server copy.
Rest timer notifications aren't showing.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Lodestone and allow notifications. The rest timer counts down in-app either way.
